Rotaractor Ricardo arrived in Kandy city on the 3 rd of February 2016 at 6:00 pm as a part of his visit to Srilanka in order to participate the Rotasia conference. Next day he was met with club members of the Rotaract club of Kandy where he was able to build up a good fellowship with the club members.
He was also taken on a boat ride at the Kandy Lake along with the members followed by a lunch at a local restaurant. Thereafter he visited to Dalada maligawa and museum along with the club members where he was able to grasp a huge knowledge of Buddhist culture and art. Afterwards in the evening he was taken to the Ranawana Rajamaha Viharaya at Embilmeegama, Pilimathalawa. There he was able to get a good knowledge about Buddhist rituals.
The following day rotaractor Ricardo had to leave Kandy for the Rotasia Conference early morning.
