Joy of hearing
There
are countless times when we have been put down, sidelined and disregarded. But
we believe in ourselves and meet every challenge with fortitude and fought
through.
“Joy
of hearing” project was held on 10th of December 2018 at
Christchurch. The project was chaired by Rtr.Asanka Rathnayake. Project chairs
worked so hard to make this project a reality. They contacted several
authorized bodies as in ENT Clinic doctors, nurses in Kandy general hospital.
We were able to gather information about patients who are in-need of help. With
the tremendous assistance of the Rotary Club of Kandy we were able to execute
this project successfully.
A
stroke of fate… theses hearing aids were donated to five students who are
in-need of them.
