The past presidents meeting of our club was held on the 2 nd of January at Kandy Club where all our members and past presidents gathered together to share our experiences and thoughts on Rotaract.
Following the Pledge of Allegiance and the Rotaract Invocation, our President, Rtr. Tilani Subasinghe acknowledged and welcomed the Past Presidents and members. They were briefed on the completed, ongoing and planned projects. Members who recently joined the club introduced themselves. The highlight of the meeting followed: Past Presidents and members shared their experiences and what they gained through Rotaract, similarities and the differences they see in the club between today and their times, and made suggestions for the improvement of the present standard of the club.
This was a great opportunity for the members of our club to meet the past leaders of our club and to gain and share their valuable experiences.
