“Sureki”
is a child abuse prevention awareness programme. Upon a request from a welfare
society of Concordia Estate, Nuwara-Eliya an awareness program on child abuse prevention was held at
the estate premises. Mr.Muralitharan Kumar,Director of SOS Village and Child
abuse prevention officer, Mr.Kirubhaharan conducted two separate sessions for
children and for their parents about awareness on child abuse prevention by
manifesting how to act according to a sudden situation and how to take care of
their children. Prospective Member Sewwandi Chaired the project. And the
project took place on 9th September 2018.
